Who is responsible
222Emails is the point of contact for personal information handled through this website and its business contact routes. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@222emails.com.
Information we may receive
- Your name, email address, telephone number and business details when you choose to contact us.
- Information you provide about your business, customer journey, email platform or proposed project.
- Messages, meeting details and project records needed to respond to your enquiry or provide an agreed service.
Why it may be used
Information may be used to review a Revenue Recovery Check, respond to an enquiry, assess whether a service is suitable, prepare or deliver agreed work, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations.
222Emails does not sell personal information. Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, project, record-keeping or legal purpose.
Embedded form and external services
The Revenue Recovery Check is provided through Tally. Information entered into the embedded form is processed by Tally under its own privacy terms and made available to 222Emails for the purposes described above. Your email provider is also a separate service.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You can raise a request by emailing hello@222emails.com.
