Who is responsible

222Emails is the point of contact for personal information handled through this website and its business contact routes. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@222emails.com.

Information we may receive

• Your name, email address, telephone number and business details when you choose to contact us.
• Information you provide about your business, customer journey, email platform or proposed project.
• Messages, meeting details and project records needed to respond to your enquiry or provide an agreed service.

Why it may be used

Information may be used to review a pilot application or Fit Check, respond to an enquiry, assess whether a service is suitable, prepare or deliver agreed work, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations.

For an enquiry, pilot application or Fit Check, we rely on our legitimate interests in reviewing and responding to requests sent to us. We consider those interests against your privacy rights. If you ask us to prepare an agreement or buy a service, we may process details to take steps towards or perform that contract. We keep records where a legal obligation applies. We do not treat an application as consent to market to you or your customers.

222Emails does not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and enquiries while we assess them and complete any related follow-up. We then review whether the information is still needed, considering whether a project went ahead, outstanding correspondence, complaints or a legal claim. We manually review Fit Check responses after 90 days and delete those no longer needed. Records of an agreed service or payment are kept separately for the time required for business and legal records.

If you want to ask about information held about you or request deletion, email hello@222emails.com. We will explain if a record needs to be kept for an ongoing service or legal reason.

Embedded form and external services

The pilot readiness check is provided through Tally. Earlier Fit Check submissions were also provided through Tally. Information entered into those forms is processed by Tally under its own privacy terms and made available to 222Emails for the purposes described above. Your email provider is also a separate service. Do not submit customer lists, patient details, clinical information or passwords in a readiness check.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, the site loads Umami Cloud to record page visits and selected link clicks. The analytics provider receives technical request information from your browser and produces site-use statistics; Umami does not set tracking cookies. Page search queries, URL fragments and form answers are not sent by our analytics integration. We rely on your choice before loading this optional service. You can change it using Analytics settings on any page.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You can raise a request by emailing hello@222emails.com.
